Pilot project “Trans-sectoral supply“
Baden-Württemberg’s current health care system is facing a number of challenges. These entail the demographic change and the inherent aging society. This causes a change in treatment needs, a rise in chronic diseases and a shortage of skilled workers.
Hence, this pilot project aims at developing an inter-district and trans-sectoral supply concept for the project’s region of South-Württemberg (Reutlingen, Biberach, Ravensburg), developing a trans-sectoral supply structure and resolving typical limits of requirements planning, in order to solve arising problems. ZIRIUS is in charge of including the region’s citizens through focus groups and civil dialogues.
